Look great and get out of pain
In our Walking, Hiking or Running Biomechanics training, you can submit your pictures and/or video for posture and stride analysis so that you can look younger, stronger and be more efficient in your sports or everyday movements. An added bonus is often pain release for more comfort and ease. We will help you unwind your body's tension and, starting with walking, build up to hills, and then running, if you desire.
Here's something you can practice right now. Take a deep breath. While you're seated at your computer, if you can, interlace your fingers and raise your arms over your head. Feel the lift of your vertebrae and how your torso is lifted off your pelvis. Here's the challenge: see if you can keep that feeling of lift in your torso while you slowly lower your arms to your side. The trick is to allow your shoulders to float down while maintaining the lift in your spine. You should be able to breathe more easily and will actually get a muscular work-out while maintaining this position. (The old tendency is to again allow the shoulders to become heavy weights that crush the torso into compression and shallow breathing, etc.) Get good at it and you will look like a million dollars. I guarantee people will notice and you will feel better. Take this feeling of lift into walking and you can start to see how knowledge of bio mechanics can create a more youthful and stronger body.
